I wanted to let you know how much I appreciate our working relationship. We have known each other for 20 years and I have always felt it was a mutually beneficial association.

I have used Broker’s Settlements services for at least the last 10 years and plan on continuing well into the future. I would like to add that Ted Anderson is a very good representative of Broker’s. He keeps me informed of progress on deals and is very helpful if I need additional info or help.

I also have a great relationship with the staff, especially, Susan, Nikki, Chris and Joel. I really don’t have to worry about anything when I send a deal to Broker’s. As you know, a lot of time and effort goes into every closed loan and Broker’s takes away a lot of the burden.
