William F. Gruber, President

As President of Broker’s Settlement Services, Bill is responsible for all Business Development initiatives including Sales, Marketing, Client Relations and Social Media for the company. Bill also plays a significant role in Broker’s Settlement Services’ corporate development activities and strategic relationships for BSS. This includes Broker’s affiliated business relationships and key strategic client and partnership initiatives. As a principal of the company, Bill is a member of Broker’s senior management team, a select group that manages the company’s growth and strategy.

Before coming to Broker’s Settlement Services, Bill was Founder and Director of Sales and Marketing at Advantage Equity Services. Advantage Equity Services was founded on January 19, 1996 to provide the consumer finance and mortgage industry with a low cost supplier of quality real estate title, settlement and appraisal products. Since it’s beginning, AES had grown to employ more than 120 employees that serviced mortgage professionals in thirty-five (35) states.

As Director of Sales and Marketing, Bill was responsible for all Business Development initiatives of Advantage Equity Services (up until the sale of Advantage Equity to the Credit Bureau Companies of Columbus, OH, in 2003) including Sales, Marketing and Client Relations. Bill also played a significant role in Advantage Equity Services’ corporate development activities and strategic relationships for AES. This included Advantage’s joint ventures, affiliated business relationships and key strategic client and partnership initiatives. As a founder and former principal of the company, Bill was a member of AES’s senior management team, a select group that managed the Company’s growth and strategy. Bill resigned as an officer, employee, and shareholder of AES on May 31, 2003, upon selling his interest in the company.

In addition, Bill previously was Senior Vice President of Business Development for National Real Estate Information Services. As the company’s first sales representative, Bill was responsible for developing the company’s sales and marketing department, expanding the sales force and growing the sales of the company to over $18 million annually (#4 ranking) within five years. Bill started his title career in 1988 working as a regional representative for T.A. Title Insurance Company, a Pennsylvania-based title insurance underwriter.

Charles-T.-Reiff

Charles T. Reiff, Founder/Chief Operating Officer

As COO, Chuck’s chief responsibilities lie in all areas of Title, which include Title Insurance, Property Report production and the Settlement and Closing Management division. He also serves as a director of strategic development, development of product structures and conducts risk and profitability analyses for client services. Chuck is responsible for the title, legal and compliance matters that affect Broker’s Settlement Services. He also handles all corporate governance matters, as well as governmental relations’ efforts. He is former member and Board Member of TAVMA (Title and Appraisal Vendor Management Association). Chuck has accumulated nearly 35 years of experience in the title and mortgage information industry. As a principal of the company, Chuck is a member of BSS Senior Management team, a select group that manages the company’s growth and strategy.

Prior to coming to Broker’s Settlement Services, Chuck was a founder of Advantage Equity Services. Advantage Equity Services was founded on January 19, 1996 to provide the consumer finance and mortgage industry with a low cost supplier of quality real estate title, settlement and appraisal products. Chuck resigned as an officer and shareholder of AES on May 31, 2003, upon selling his interest in the company. Chuck became part of the transition team after the sale of AES to CBC Companies, fulfilling his commitment to stay with the company for a period of one year on May 31, 2004.

Chuck previously was an original founding member and Senior Vice President of Titles for National Real Estate Information Services. Chuck started his career working as an abstractor for General American Credits (GAC) and moved to Lender’s Services, Inc. (LSI) where he was most instrumental in coordinating LSI’s growth and expansion during their initiative to be the first national Vendor Management Company.

Richard-Masucci

Richard Masucci, Executive Vice President

Rich has been with Broker’s Settlement Services since 2002.  With his background in Mortgage Lending and Consumer Finance, Rich has bought with him a working knowledge of what mortgage originators and realtors look for in a settlement company.  He still puts that knowledge to use daily as he continues to drive Broker’s to be the perfect solution to the title and settlement needs of lenders and realtors throughout the region. Rich is also a member of, and leads, the BSS Senior Management team, a select group that manages the Company’s growth and strategy.

Rich takes the most enjoyment out of the challenge of leaving behind a legacy of someone that cares for the success of all of his teammates and clients more than his own individual success.

Rich still enjoys playing golf and reading as well as challenging crossword puzzles daily.

Nikki Yaglowski, SVP of Title Operations

Nikki has been with Broker’s Settlement Services since 1997 when the company first opened. Previous to BSS, Nikki was a key member of the real estate division of one of Pittsburgh’s largest downtown Law firms. Nikki’s industry knowledge and her get it done attitude makes her a valuable asset to BSS and all of our clients. Nikki is a member of BSS’s senior management team, a select group that manages the Company’s growth and strategy.

Nikki loves the fast-paced environment of her job and the ability to constantly learn new and challenging things. She also enjoys the close-knit atmosphere and hardworking staff she manages every day. Nikki loves to read, travel and is a board member of the non-profit charity, Helping Paws. For five years, Nikki has helped to raise money for homeless animals and find them homes through the organization and, of course, has two cats of her own, Chance and Zoey.
